The programme is directed at Bangladesh as a whole.  The rural reporting initiative takes place at the upazila level, at six locations around the country.  Students participating in the media camps are drawn from throughout the country, with an eye on achieving diversity.  Telecentre workshops are clustered according to RI’s deployment of telecentres around Bangladesh.  Workshop outlines and materials, secondary school lesson plans, camp programming materials are collected on a project website hosted in our office in Bangladesh, and made available worldwide under creative common license. Web-based services and Bangla-language localisation efforts are directed at Bangladesh, but accessible worldwide.
